Allocation

MECOMS®’ Allocation is based on several local regulations. It features bottom-up and top-down allocation and a flexible framework for managing the processes (when, what and how you allocate). Backwards compatible processing is supported should the need occur to allocate according to earlier regulations.

The allocation process itself can be easily managed and is configurable. MECOMS® allows you to select the infeed data sources (Transport Grid Operators, Distribution Grid Operators, Gas Stations), the period for which you want to allocate and the period of the infeed data sources you want to use during the process. Furthermore MECOMS® enables you to filter on EAN and to submit a maximum value for a calculated sum of infeed data (e.g. sum of AMR data for TGO X).

Once the allocation run has finished, MECOMS® allows you to extensively manipulate the reporting of the results (graphics, filtering, etc.) and provides you with several forms of export of the allocation results.

Gridfee

MECOMS®’ Gridfee module allows to import different types of messages, including gridfee messages like INVOIC. Data are stored in journal and then processed for validation. A wide set of business rules can be flexibly set. Error list are default available and also flexibly adaptable. Besides via messaging, gridfee information can be imported using pre-processors or even OCR (scanning).

The validation consists of 5 steps: content validation, context validation, linking, matching and invoice validation. The reliability of measured value can be set and teted. By default it has 3 levels of reliability: high, medium and low. These reliability codes are very useful for auto-confirmation. The actual gridfee validation has two levels: on the total invoice and on the invoice lines. Further down the process gridfees will be match with consumptions.
