As an ISV of our MECOMS product we are challenged to assist you in every way to make your project implementation a success. Sharing knowledge and supporting our customers is a very important aspect to achieve this.

The MECOMS vision and strategy is to empower our implementation partners by giving them the right tools and information such as business process templates, end user documentation, sales presentations, necessary training and off course product support.

A wide array of services is provided to our partners. They range from training (Sales and Consultants Training), Pre–Sales Support (Market assessment, etc.) over the MECOMS Partner extranet (Business Blue print database, presentations, leaflets, quotation text) to the MECOMS Support Service desk and Demo licenses.

Support Service Desk

MyMecoms is the heart of the MECOMS product service management approach. MyMecoms is set up in order to offer a single, business driven service delivery model to all our customers. In other words: one recognizable way of working towards customers.

MyMecoms is designed in essence to provide for proactive management of our customers’ services. MyMecoms builds upon the best practices (ITIL) in the IT industry and is completed by Ferranti Computer Systems’ extensive experience in the service delivery area.
